Everolimus (Afinitor)

Everolimus (Afinitor) is an active inhibitor of the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) protein, a central regulator of tumour cell division and blood vessel growth in cancer cells. It is given in tablet form and can be given as a single medication or in combination with a TKI called (Lenvima) which is also in tablet form. Available in all of UK. Available as a combination with Everolimus and Lenvatinib
