  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets (275g)
  • 250g kale
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced (170g)
  • 450g diced turkey breast
  • 4 level tbsp Streamline Blackcurrant Jam (60g)
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar


  1. Cook the broccoli and kale in boiling water for 3 minutes and drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and turkey for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  3. Add the vegetables and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the blackcurrant jam with vinegar and add to the pan. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes, until the turkey is cooked throughout.
