Kidney Cancer Information Day Presentation, Birmingham – Linzi Atkinson, 29, was diagnosed with kidney cancer in May 2017 and underwent open surgery to have her kidney removed. During her recover she found herself wanting to eat healthy food to help her body recover from the trauma of surgery. From this, Linzi started a healthy eating food blog called linzieloves.com. Linzi is not a trained dietitian, she’s just making great food with health ingredients that taste amazing.
