After the 25 May 2018, Kidney Cancer UK and Kidney Cancer Scotland’s mailings will be ‘opt in’ so from the 26th May 2018 we won’t be able to contact you with our latest newsletters, events and ways to get involved and support kidney cancer patients across the UK unless we have your consent. From 26th May 2018, we will be fully compliant with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will only contact you in the ways you choose. This move also helps us to be more cost effective in our supporter communication.
When giving your consent you can tell us how you want to hear from us; by post, phone, email or SMS or you can choose all of these options, or just one or two of them – it’s up to you and whatever you decide it will be instigated straight away.
Filling in the form and giving your approval is quick and easy and it’s also easy to change your mind if you would like to be removed. Just let us know your changes by filling out the form again or email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time moving forward and we will honour them.
You will continue hear from us up to 25th May 2018, but if you don’t respond after that date we will remove you from our mailing list and wish you a fond farewell.
By not being part of our mailing community you could miss out on learning about ways to get involved in our annual UK wide Patient Information Days, our latest exclusive patient and medical information videos or news on the research and support your donations are funding.
