Colour, density, and smell of your urine can reveal health problems

by | Mar 9, 2015 | Kidney Cancer News

Cleveland Clinic, a nonprofit multispecialty academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education, made an infographic about the urine colour that people can use at home.
The chart explains that urine colour usually varies from a honey or deep amber colour to a light straw colour — and the colour of your pee can give handy insights into how hydrated you are or whether you might have an undiagnosed illness.
