Global Adventure Challenges are a challenge event company dedicated to creating life-changing challenge events for groups and individuals, who wish to raise funds for their chosen charity. They provide charity challenges for those who are seeking adventure, whilst contributing to a worthy cause. We are Global Adventure Challenges.

Have you ever dreamt of taking an overseas challenge, such as cycling through Tanzania or embarking on the Great Wall of China trek? What about the Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu? If any of these ideas appeal to your inner adventurer, why not visit Discover Adventure and take a look at the array of trips you could take to raise money for Kidney Cancer UK.

JUST WALK across the divide

JUST WALK on the 12th May 2018 is a unique charity challenge where you can walk to raise money for any charity of your choice or take on a personal challenge.

Choose a walking distance to suit your fitness level or goal – 10km, 25km, 35km, 45km or the BIG 60km! There really is something for everyone. Choose a super long walk or a nice short walk – the decision is yours!

Kilt Walk 

 Kiltwalk is a powerful fundraising model, developed and under-written by Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation.  Their support will enable 140% of the sponsorship money raised by Kiltwalkers to go directly to their charity or local cause. Every walker can select the charity or local cause that they wish to donate to.

Great Run 

The Great Run Company presents the largest, most compelling and innovative series of mass participation running events in the world. 

Many have heard of the Great North Run which first took place in 1981 in Newcastle, but there are also runs elsewhere across the UK, view here and set your challenge!

A popular run in 2017 for our supporters was the Birmingham International Marathon, would you like to join them in supporting kidney cancer!

Big Fun Run for Kidney Cancer Scotland

Big Fun Run is a series of 5k untimed runs staged within scenic settings throughout the UK from July to October. There are 18 locations to choose from, all you need to do is find the one closest to you! The Big Fun Run series is strictly for FUN where it’s all about relaxed exercise. No times, no pressure, no sweat – just some easy moves and lots of laughs. 

Tough Mudder 2018 

How tough are you? Wherever you are on your quest for mud, they have a course for you. 

Find a race near you and raise money to support our work.

Edinburgh Marathon 

Voted the fastest marathon in the UK by Runner’s World in 2008. Enjoy a fantastic all-encompassing route which takes in some of Edinburgh’s most iconic landmarks as well as offering picturesque views along the East Lothian coastline.

Virgin London Marathon

Every year you can enter for a Ballot entry into the London Marathon and run for KCUK. 

Charity Challenge

From the North Pole to the South Pole, and covering deserts, rivers, mountains, forests and jungles in between, we have a massive range of challenges to push you to your limits! Choose from a range of activities, destinations, levels of difficulty and duration.

Pedal4Cancer – London to Cambridge

In September 2018 you can be a part of a very special ride. Together with other cyclists, you can take on the ultimate challenge of cycling from London to Cambridge as part of Pedal4Cancer.

This will be a fun filled event for all the family… it’s not a race! There is full support along the way, including medical and mechanical back up. You’ll also find regular break stops available throughout the ride, where you’ll find snacks, water and toilets.

This challenge is open to anyone 14 and over. If you’re new to cycling, fancy a challenge or just want to get fit come and be a part of it. Get your friends, family or colleagues together and take part in a day to remember.

Skydive for Kidney Cancer UK 

Does a tandem skydive sound like fun to you? Harnessed to a professional parachute instructor, you will freefall for several thousand feet before deploying the parachute. You will spend the day with a professional trainer preparing until you are ready to take the leap.
